The greatest changes start within. In this video I bring you a guided meditation to help you watch and process emotions and urges. When you can learn how to experience your emotions and let them be, you no longer need to run away from them. It is the fear of certain uncomfortable feelings that lead us to relapse or performing actions that do not agree with our highest morals and values. By learning how to integrate these feelings, we gain freedom from their control.
